Yeah sorry, didn't even realise he'd added that into the post. Thanks for the compliments though! I linked to a few tutorials at the very top of that mod post, but anyone's welcome to PM me with questions. I'm pretty sure that's the thread on the sidebar the OP posted about. They even have their own ' Nexus Mod Manager ' which allows for the easy installation and uninstallation of mods. The Dragon Age part of Nexus Mods has a wide range of mods. If you don't have a DAZIP file, the mod will likely need to go through the override folder, which is found here. Since you're using Steam it'll be found here. The readme files of the mods you're trying to install will generally tell you which it is, but you can easily figure it out for yourself if you know what to look for. In my experience there are two kinds: mods that make use of the override folder, and mods that make use of the DA Updater. I googled 'how to mod steam games' but the technical jargon just confused the shit out of me. I feel like a grandma trying to figure out the internet over here.
I just want to know how to get mods into the Dragon Age game without messing it up. I'm super new to PC gaming in general, and the layout of Steam is a little confusing.
There are a lot of mods in the must have mods list on the sidebar that I want to use, but I've never modded a game before. This subreddit and its mods are in no way associated with BioWare or EA.
